Every student should have the tools and support needed to succeed in the classroom and beyond. High school graduates should leave with a clear plan, whether that includes college, trade school, military service, employment, or starting a business.

Taxpayer dollars should be spent wisely, transparently, and with students as the top priority. Investments should focus on classrooms, athletics, the arts, and career and technical education that directly benefit students. Every dollar tied up in political and legal battles is a dollar out of our classrooms.

Parents should feel confident that their children are safe every time they step onto campus. Strong security measures and available technology should be used to identify and respond to potential threats before they escalate. I’ll focus on secure campuses and real mental health support.

Students with special needs deserve qualified, well-supported educators who can help them succeed. Creating pathways for paraprofessionals to become licensed teachers can strengthen special education programs, improve teacher retention, and provide greater stability for students.

Great schools need great teachers who want to stay. Educators should have the resources they need, the freedom to voice concerns without fear, and access to essential classroom supplies without paying out of pocket.

Technology should support learning, not replace it. A balanced approach that combines digital tools with hands-on instruction and meaningful classroom interaction helps students stay engaged and build essential skills.
